The Good and the Bad News

I’ve always been of the opinion that you should hear bad news first so things look better at the end when you hear the good news.

My bad news is that my Smoky Mountain Leaf Works pieces will no longer be seen at Peace by Piece Stained Glass. Unfortunately things just didn’t work out. Sandy does some beautiful glasswork but I just don’t think my leaf art was in the right venue.

The GOOD news is that I’m preparing for the Autumn Leaves Arts & Crafts Fair in Townsend, Tennessee on Saturday and Sunday, September 29 and 30.

Pretty maples in a glass frame

I’m making some new creations with some beautiful leaves I’ve already collected in the past couple of weeks. I think our fall color will be early this year due to our wacky summer weather.

The stepping stones are almost ready and look great in natural gray and terra cotta colors.

Gearing up for a great show!
